  Food was pretty good. The fries were soggy. The store itself was disgusting. Dirt and grime everywhere, no clean highchair and handprints all over the windows. Most of the tables were dirty.

  The store was dirty and glass was full of fingerprints and smudges. Paid by debit and the machine was sticky. Ordered food and they had the order done in maybe 30secs. Went to eat and obviously they had the food sitting the entire time. A year ago the food was amazing. This time it tasted worse than Burger King or McDonalds does on a bad day. Everything was dry & hard, what I'm guessing what was a pocket of grease in my burger burst when I took a bite. Made us sick afterwards and I refused to drink out of their glass mugs not knowing how well they were cleaned considering the store. Will be sticking with Wendy's from now on.

  A&W burgers are great but I decided to try the chicken. On the way home tonight I ordered 2 Chubby Chicken burgers and 2 onion rings. Paid $21 and change. I just opened the bags, ready for dinner and guess what I got?? 4 onion rings!!! Oh no! What a supper. C'mon A & W, you can do better!!
